Directions of use: Insert silicone insole in shoe after resizing it (use existing insole for resizing). Can be used with or without existing insole depending on your comfort. In case if you feel the insole is sticking to your feet you can use talcum powder on the insole. 

Washing Instructions: Wash using mild soap and air dry after washing.
