3/4th insole with medial arch, ideal for flat foot. Made of 100% pure platinum cured silicone, fit for all shoe sizes with ideal thickness & hardness for longer use. It also prevents bacterial growth.

• Sold as a pair of two 3/4 INSOLES (one left and one right insole) - UNIVERSAL SIZE fits most adults; both men and women with UK shoe sizes ranging from 5 to 9.5. At 8 inches long and 3.5 inches wide, they are 3/4 insoles with a built-in arch.

• Resizing the Insole: Place the insole under your feet, it should cover your entire feet except the toes. If it is covering your toes, then resize it so that it covers your foot from your heel till the metatarsal region (resize using scissors).
• How to use: The fabric pasted at the base of the insole can be used to paste the 3/4 insole on to the existing insole with the help of a rubber adhesive, it can be used without pasting it as well.
